Order Processing & Fulfillment Our unique pieces are made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partners. Orders typically take 2-7 business days to produce before shipping. Because each item is created specifically for you, processing times may vary based on the product type and current order volume. We believe in quality over haste and appreciate your patience as your art is prepared.

Shipping & Tracking Once your order is ready and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Shipping time begins after the 2-7 day production period. Shipping times generally range from 3–7 business days for domestic shipping and 7-21 business days for international shipping depending on your location and the carrier, though delays may occasionally occur due to high volume, weather, or carrier issues.

International Orders Please note that for international shipping, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may be applied by your local government.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We want to ensure your art reaches you safely, but we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during the checkout process.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will gladly work with the carrier on your behalf to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
