All sales are final.
Because each item is made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of mind
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item

Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement. If the item is defective and you need a different size, we can replace it with the correct size at no charge. We'll respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.

Please do not ship any items back until we provide return authorization and instructions.

All approved returns for defective items are sent to our fulfillment partner at:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
