Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item
Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement. If the item is defective and you need a different size, we can replace it with the correct size at no charge. We'll respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.
Please do not ship any items back until we provide return authorization and instructions.
